How to get Minecraft: Education Edition (with or without a school email, purchase necessary)

This post holds instructions on how to get a Minecraft: Education Edition account with or without having a school (or other associated) email. Follow step 1 and if you have an account, follow step 2. If step 1 does not work, follow the rest of the steps starting at 3.
WARNING: If you do not have an account thru school (or other) and still want an account, you will have to pay for it! Do not continue if you are not willing to spend money! I am not responsible for any purchases made.
Minecraft: Education Edition will be represented as MC: EE
Go to MC: EE sign in page and try signing in with your school account information
If it didn't work follow the steps below - the following steps require you to spend money, do not continue if you are not willing to spend money
$$ Create a basic business account with Microsoft, get a Microsoft domain when creating your business identity - costs $5.00 per month, $65.00 per year, I am not responsible for any purchases made
Use your Microsoft business account and log in to Microsoft
Using the left hand side bar, go to the Admin center
With the left side bar, click "Billing" and then "Purchase Services"
Use the search bar to find "Minecraft: Education Edition"
$$ Purchase a license - costs $12.00 per person per year, I am not responsible for any purchases made
Go to step 2
